Are you an enthusiastic and creative Specialist Events Planner who can think “outside the box” while demonstrating exceptional planning and organizational skills?

Then Classique Event Planning & Cateing wants to hear from YOU!

Here’s a “Snapshot” of your Day…..

  • Start your day off with a fresh cup of coffee while you participate in a quick daily “huddle” with the Culinary Team and Chef.

  • Recruit a pipeline of prospective clients, establishing professional relationships with key decision-makers while maintaining relationships with existing clients to continuously meet their needs.

  • Draft and present proposals and contracts to clients addressing their needs.

  • Use your creativity to work with Marketing Department to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate events, from start to finish, ensuring a memorable experience for the guests and clients.

  • Attends large events to ensure their success by liaises with venue personnel, vendors and suppliers to resolve issues that arise.

  • Partner and work with staff, participants, venue, vendors, and suppliers before and after the event.

  • Build strong relationships with Team members that will cultivate an environment of participation, ownership and FUN!

To be a Great Leader in this Role, you have….

  • A post-secondary education with a minimum of 3-5 years of event planning/catering experience.

  • Enjoy building new and existing relationship and partnerships.

  • Exceptional experience in delegating, in a fast pace environment, using strong communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and work well under pressure; and menu design skills.

  • A proven team player, who believes all team members contribute to the success of an event.

  • Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.); coupled with well-developed internet research skills.

  • Perfection is your middle name – you strive to exceed the standards!
